For example, this guy. I anxiously awaited his arrival. I nervously held him as a newborn for the first time. I giggled at his 2 year old talk, and watching him crawl, walk, run. His first years of school. Endless giggles, memories with this guy.
This is my nephew. He is a striking resemblance of his dad, my brother. I see his strong will of both his parents in him. I hope he grows into an accomplished, happy man and has fun through the years as he reaches each of his goal. Right now, all I do is tell him to make good choices. ;)
It's amazing to me how time flies by. It marches on. In a blink of an eye these days are only remembered in our minds, and documented in photographs. And I am one lucky Aunt to have this opportunity in doing just that. Freezing time. Cherishing what *is* today.
Watching our kids grow is quite an emotional journey for us all. I am just so blessed to be able to capture these fleeting moments for... forever.
