Kendra Stoltz Photography is finally announcing the first of the Hands on Artistic Eye Workshop!

The first session of workshops begin on June 12, 2010.
The cost of the event is $100 per person. There will be 2 different sessions you can choose from. Both teach the same things, with the same opporutunities, you simply have a choice between a morning or an afternoon session.
The morning session is 9am to 11am. The afternoon session is 3pm to 5pm.

Each session is 2 hours in length and takes place at the outdoor studio. This workshop will teach you to use your camera more effectively. We will review how to 'see' things more creatively and what to be aware of when taking your pictures. We'll also cover basic, common printing questions, which will result in better printed photographs.
Snacks and beverages will be provided. This is an outdoor event. Kendra Stoltz Photography will also provide models for your experience.

Mini Sessions & Traveling | Wisconsin Child Photographer

We are having a fun Mini session event this weekend at the studio, if you are interested, or anyone you know might be interested, we have one spot remaining!!

Session is $100 and includes session time (about 20 minutes) and CD of images, plus (8) wallets of your choice. All in time for Valentine's Day. Also includes a Valentine Card design on your CD. You can print where/however many you want!

Tuesday To- Do's | Madison WI lifestyle photographer

So each day of the week, and I promise I will try, and I want YOU, the readers, to join in by COMMENTING to the posts and on the facebook fanpage... I will be posting a fun little activity, thoughts, questions of the day. Hopefully we can use our creative side to make the most of it.

Today is Tuesday To-Do list day. Now, as a mother, I know the first thing that comes to mind is scrubbing floors, organizing closets, doing dishes, get the shopping done, balancing the checkbook. Thats a daily given. What I'm talking about today is your lifelong to-do list. Your Bucket List.

I've made mine...and rearranged mine, but the main things have always been there. This is my year to conquer the list, and I've started already by tackling 3 personal goals I've had. I can share a not so personal goal of the famous, getting tone & fit , more in shape this year. The other not too personal one is learning to ski. So, I've signed up to take my first ever skiing lessons. Starting next week. I can't tell you how excited I am.

So this blog needs a little more attention that it gets. Through no fault of my own, but, I am actively recruiting the help of all my viewers in reviving this sad little neglected blog. Would you help me?

Session availability is very limited and will fill fast. The indoor venue will be disclosed at the time of booking your session appointment.
Your CD of fully edited, high resolution images will be shipped or available for pick up on or before February 1st. Your CD will contain information as to how to access your online gallery and place any professional portrait and product orders, if desired.

Big News!

Kendra Stoltz Photography is so very proud of the large client base that has been built since the start of business. Its amazing how this passion for art, pictures and hobby of perfecting the cherished portraits for years to come has turned into this powerhouse of a business that just keeps blooming by the day.

Kendra Stoltz Photography is piloting a new program for sessions.

Pay ONE session fee per year. Many of our clients will love this addition to the menu. Many of our clients are here many times through the year to professionally capture as much as their lives as possible. So now, it's easier to do. Pay for your first session fee ($75 for newborn, child, children, family) and you pay no future session fee's for the remainder of that calendar year.

Another addition to the pricing menu is a minimum portrait order. There is now a $175 minimum portrait order required when purchasing your portraits. This minimum is a requirement for all sessions booked within a calendar year.
We have dropped our digital session option as many of our clients feel they want to invest in professional portraits, vs having to do the legwork of printing themselves. So, you now have that ability to choose between prints or digital files. The full price list is on the website as well as some useful FAQ's about your session.

Another bit of news from Kendra Stoltz Photography is that we are now only scheduling 4 sessions per week, from January through October. October and November we will schedule more sessions, to accommodate for the Holiday portrait Season. Please remember to schedule your session about 4+ weeks in advance to when you are anticipating your session to take place.

Sessions are conducted Monday through Saturdays through daylight hours only. PLEASE make sure to note the 24 hour response time with emails. I am a very busy mother to small children and also single handedly run and operate my photography and design business. Emails are returned within 24 hours from the hours of 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday, in the order they were received.

We are looking forward to a great, productive 2010 and I thank each and every one of you for it.

Book your Session to take place by April 30th, 2010 and receive a complimentary 8x10 portrait from that session (and then, no future session fee's for those fun summer and fall sessions that would follow!).
