Short on time, but I wanted to share some images of a recent session. I have been very bad with updating the blog, but I assure you - there are a LOT of sessions to spotlight.

Picture Playdate Parties

Due to popular request, we are bringin' parties back!
Beware... there are VERY FEW opportunities in the schedule remaining. It's highly encouraged you call or email now to schedule your party.

Want to host your OWN mini session party? Instituting some of your ideas, themes, locations perhaps. Maybe even best of all because as being a hostess of these fabulous parties YOU are gifted a complimentary session from doing so? (there is so much more,too!)
You host the party, I take the pictures, the kids have fun and the parents are stress free. AND your guests will enjoy discounted portrait/CD prices and opportunities they otherwise wouldn't have an opportunity to enjoy.
Inquire within for details about the Picture Playdate Parties. We only have enough space in our schedule for a few of these, and no kidding- they will go fast.
All parties scheduled May through October take place outside (and don't worry, if you don't want to use your home or have any ideas... I HAVE PLENTY of ideas!) . Parties scheduled November through April/May will be focused on this indoors and indoor studio.

Large Family Photographer Madison WI

This family tried a second time for a great family portrait. You see, our first try was the coldest day of fall last year. Describing THAT session as bitter, snowy and windy is a major understatement. So we tried a reshoot in June. Thinking we can't have bad weather then, right? wrong! it rained. again chilly. but we survived. we did it and beautiful blue skies after the ick passed. We also saw breaks of sun toward the end of the session. Still yet, I'd take THIS weather over what we had for the first session!

THREE!! | Madison Wisconsin Child Photographer

Little Miss A turned three on Friday when I photographed her. I have a tradition of photographing her ON Her birthday- and I can't wait to do it again next year. She took me on a walk around the neighborhood, stopping for a visit in the 'forest' and looking for frogs. Such a delight! (more on facebook!)

Recent Design work

I've been VERY busy most recently with the launch of Designography

Many people are taking advantage of this design opportunity to send me their own photographs or ideas and turn it into cards, collages, portrait retouching, etc.

A client contacted me with an inquiry to do a graphic and scripture based piece of portrait art. This was printed and framed as a 10x20 portrait:



Here, my client wanted a fun, bright colored logo, blog header and background for her new and coming blog. We worked together to incorporate her ideas and came up with this.

Let's hit the beach!

This event has me so excited!
EVERY year I get numerous phone calls and emails... "do you do sessions at the beach, a beach, any beach?" and it's always had me anxious to host a Mini Session event AT the beach. How fun is that?
Your options for results are limitless with this event. Make it a water splashing good time in bright colored, fun swimgear with the shovel and pal, chillin out making a sandcastle. You might choose a more formal feel with sundresses, or khaki's in the evening sunset... the sky is literally the limit!

Kendra Stoltz Photography will be photographing two days only at a local beach (due to privacy reasons, the Madison area Beach location will be given at the time of booking)

This event is a 20 minute session (okay okay, more time *is* given if need be, but, remember this isn't a 'full' session)packed full of fun, run and play. Get those barefeet or flipflops ready because we are sure to be on the GO!
High School seniors- this is a great opportunity for you as well! You don't want to miss this opportunity.

Your $200 session fee includes session time, online viewing/ordering gallery, CD of proofs and your 5x7 proofs! You are free to print wherever you would like, or you may choose to print through Kendra Stoltz Photography.

Baby E | Modern Lifestyle Photography Madison WI

So here is Miss E in action lovin' every moment with grandma and mommy. Miss E was curious, determined and such an absolute joy to be with. Here are a few from her session.

Who wouldn't? I work with babies and kids and families all day, capturing memories you could never replace or forget. Having documentation that lasts for generations to come, that depict this moment in time to perfection equals the best job EVER.

Sure you do. She's that cute lil newborn in pink you see all over town with my displays, on my cards, in the website. Yeah, her. I get emails on a daily basis still about her cuteness.
Guess what? She's a big girl now! What a blessed gal I am to be asked to photograph her once again. We did a special mothers/grandmothers Day session with Miss E, that I will showcase in a bit, but, I just had to present my viewers with before and after of her first.
